I have also completed this quilt. Seems to have taken ages, but have quilted two others that were colaberative group quilts.
Spare blocks are part of the backing.
Angelica is learning how to quilt! We have so much to learn. A few tension problems, but now much improved. She is a great teenager with great skills.

It's great to see a progress photo of your Lucy Boston blocks, great fussy cutting!! Surely it wasn't that long ago that you has those bright blocks on your design wall. I love the way the black squares pop!

ReplyDeleteLove your fussy cut blocks, you're enticing me to try that project when I've finished my current hand pieced one. One at a time for hand piecing or I'd jump right in!
