A few orphans reside here. They tend to move around the wall as other residents come and go.
Great to be back home after a very busy month in sunny Brisbane. I took lots of hand sewing, stitcheries and hexies! But I did miss my 'Nina!
I've had these Regency by Yvonne Porcella fabrics for a few years and they were rediscovered during my recent ' tidy and re-organise' sessions in the sewing room. Really needed to settle back Into a groove with a quick and easy quilt! Not sure about the yellow but will introduce a bit more for balance. It may work? Any suggestions? I made first few blocks with yellow centres. Ghastly!! Black centres proved to be a great improvement!

Welcome back! Your blocks look great, I like how the yellow really pops but you're right that maybe just a few bits will be more effective. The black centers are perfect!!
